Sciamachy, ready for launch

摘要

This paper describes the status of the instrument SCIAMACHY, to fly on the Earth explorer mission ENVISAT in 2000. An overview is given of the Instrument design and the programmatic and systems Engineering approaches that have been followed by Dutch industry. The role of risk mitigation during The instrument development is presented, in Combination with the causes and impacts on Performance verification and instrument qualification, Of a number of anomalies, that showed up in the Hardware phase.
