What are the risks associated with coal IPPs? Operational risk is a key thing, provided you've got the right contractual structure with your power buyer and your fuel supplier, that allow you to not take risks in those areas. For example, we have two small coal-fired power projects in our portfolio. We have long-term power purchase agreements with fixed prices so that we don't take any market volatility, and the fuel that we buy is passed on to the buyer. The risk of fuel price increase is not taken by us, it's taken by the buyer. That really leaves the risk out of our day-to-day operations, which we think we're pretty good at.
