Subscriber growth in Thailand's nascent 3G industry could soon naccelerate if the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications nCommission (NBTC) decides that the mobile virtual network opera-tor (MVNO) business model is not illegal under the new frequency nallocation law. The prospect of greater competition at the early stage nof 3G service launch should fuel the adoption rate.
