Malaysia's fourth operator, U Mobile, is disrupting the market by targeting data-consuming young people and workingrnprofessionals with attractive packages. It is offering the cheapest packages (i.e. RM28 for 3GB) as well as unlimited videornstreaming and 20GB of data for its most expensive plan at RM98 in order to build its customer base. The operator has also beenrnattracting subscribers and increasing revenues through the quality of its network, boasting the fastest 3G download speedsrn(around 3.3Mbps) and the second quickest 4G network latency (around 52.38ms) after Maxis Communications, according tornOpenSignal's 2016 State of Mobile Networks report.
