According to TNS, 99% of households in Kazakhstan have at least one television receiver (TV); 24% of households have two TVs, and 5% - more than three TVs [1]. The case study indicates that television remains the most popular form of media among the citizens of Kazakhstan [2]. According to the Committee on Statistics of the Kazakhstan Ministry of National Economy, the share of Internet users (including mobile Internet users) aged 6-74 years is 72.9%; 16-74-year category reaches 77.2% of total population in this age category. The share of computer users (from the whole population aged 6-74 years) reaches 74.2%, where 16-74year group takes 77.2% [3].
