At first, Kruse described the all-communicating world in 2020, wherein consumers at home, work and on the move are overlapping in both private and pub-rnlic enterprises.rnKruse stressed that life in 2020 is not only about technology. "It is about the need of human-oriented understanding, and the need and importance of vision. A vision is not just a picture of what could be. It is an appeal to our better selves, a call to become something more."
