Japanese electronic components manufacturers have been accelerating their endeavors in their wireless module business. Applications of wireless modules have expanded to in-vehicle devices and digital cameras, in addition to information and communication devices, such as smartphones and tablet terminals. In the future, the demand for wireless modules is expected to expand in the environment and energy-saving-related and healthcare-related fields as well. Component manufacturers strengthen the development of products that are ultra-small and user friendly, and consume lower power by leveraging high-frequency technology, fine circuit technology, and software technology for the global markets.
