Yamaha Motor's Hybrid Mounters Support Mounting on MIDs

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. is set to bring to market in September, S10 and S20 hybrid mounters equipped with a function to mount components onto molded interconnect devices (MIDs) and with a dispense (liquid ejector) function. MIDs, or three-dimensional injection molded circuit components, are composite components made by mounting electronic components onto electronic circuits on the surface of three-dimensional resin molds.
