The new UNIX-DF Series desk-top soldering robot has been developed by merging technologies Japan Unix Co., Ltd. has nurtured in the automation of soldering. It can be used for both contact soldering and laser soldering. As a general-purpose soldering platform, it enables flexible construction of production lines. It allows the user to incorporate, store, and visualize real-time data of the soldering robot in operation, using monitoring software exclusively for contact soldering. Since its founding, Japan Unix has endeavored to advance the automation of soldering. In order to automate the assembly process, the combination of wide knowledge on soldering technology and automation technology is important. Aiming at Industry 4.0, the company will continue to develop technologies that combine both conventional and new technologies. The company has also been putting strength into supporting globally operating companies, and makes its service available to companies that are considering soldering automation.
