As we operate in an era of reduced forces, funding, and equipment, we must utilize Multi-Component Solutions for CCMD Aviation Requirements, in order to efficiently execute full-spectrum operations across the Homeland and abroad. Per Army Directive 2012-08, "the Army will ensure that the total force is organized, trained, sustained, equipped, and employed to support combatant commander requirements."
