Process of nonstationary deformation of discrete stiffened shells is considered. Skin and strengthening elements are investigated in the frame of elastoviscoplas- Tic medium. The increment theory of plastic flow with kinematic strength and Dynamic condition of flowing, which allows for dynamic viscosity of medium, is Used.
