A MODEL OF TRAFFIC FLOW ON TWO-WAY, TWO-LANE URBAN ROAD

摘要

In this work method of mathematical relations between speed, traffic density and volume of traffic for internodal part of two-way, two-lane street was described. Relations were calculated according to research results conducted by the authors using NC-97 device. The authors also used model of stream for one lane both directions rural road given in work. Analysis results show that capacity of a given part of a street in Poland are higher than those given in HCM-94.
