A generalized almost flat manifold under a bounded weak C0, $ alpha $-norm

Petersen, Wei and Ye introduce the notion of the weak norm and generalize Gromov's almost flat manifolds under a bounded weak harmonic C 0, $ alpha $-norm. We will generalize this theorem by geometric methods under a bounded C 0, $ alpha $-norm without any assumptions on harmonic coordinates.
