0. Introduction. The complex analytic version of J. N. Mather's theorem [16] about finite determination of map germs can be easily extended to more general situations, for example E. Looijenga used a version for germs of holomorphic functions over an isolated singularity in the proof of the smoothing globalization theorem [14], while R. Blache used a G-equivariant version for proving a result about germs of reduced curves passing through quotient twodimensional singularities [5].
