The project "Stadtpark Lehen" brilliantly balances the contrasts on the building site - a loud and busy street to the north and an idyllic natural landscape with a stream to the south - by employing a differentiated major form. With different heights, a large entrance area, deck access on the one side and continuous balconies on the other, Martin Oberascher Architekten and PLOV have here been able to produce housing of an exceptional quality.
