This is an office tower with a commercial base, located at the intersection of Santiago's main axis and circular beltway. Despite its urban importance and proximity to a very busy Metro station, this place is poorly laid out 一 a vehicular cloverleaf surrounded by buildings of varying height and quality. The almost-square site opens on 3 fronts. Given its location, the tower faces the main avenue coming east from a mile away, serving as an iconic mark.
