The Brewery Yard is an adaptive reuse of the former Irving Street Brewery in Central Park, Sydney. It transforms an important early 20th-century factory building to a power, heating and cooling plant for the entire Central Park precinct and allows for future adaptation and commercial use. Located on the park's western boundary, it defines the central green and serves as an iconic marker within the precinct.
