Vogl House

摘要

This project was for the interior of the second floor. The second floor originally belonged to the engineer Emil Skoda, but it subsequently became the residence of Otto Beck (the father of Loos' third wife Claire) and his wife. Loos designed this interior here for Otto Beck and his wife at the start of 1908. After his wife passed on, Otto moved into a building belonging to Mueller and Kapsa (1928). The second floor, now unoccupied, became the home of Stepanka Vogl, (laughter of the building owner and entrepreneur Sigmund Friedler, and her pediatrician husband Josef Vogl.
