It would seem that since the current NSW Chapter Council has begun its present term there is an upheaval going on, not just in staff of various parts of the organisation, but at the very core of what the Institute is about—for the present and for the future. This upheaval has beengoingon behind closed doors and I am still not aware of what is driving it and if there is any rational concrete plan in place to avoid further disputes, dissentsor disappointment. What we have seen is awholesale callous dismissal of prized and valued employees without a coherent strategy for replacement.
