Announcement:communication review

The Institute is about to undergo a review of its consultation and communication processes with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of relationships within the organisation. A Communication and Consultation Working Group has been established by National Council to guide this process. The group comprises representatives from the Institute's membership and staff, namely Matthew Pullinger, NSW Chapter President, Shelley Penn, National President Elect, Ross Clark, Chief Operating Officer, Shahana McKenzie, General Manager Marketing and Development, and Emma Cayley, Manager Communications and Marketing.
