大阪の都心，北区堂島に建つ小規模のテナントオフィスビル。rn一見揺らぎながら立ち昇る外周のRC壁構造体だけで，重力と地震時のrn水平力に抵抗させている。rn壁の外側には四周にサッシを配し，結果壁の断熱材は不要となった。%This is a small-scale tenant office building located in Dojima in Kita-ward, the heartrnof Osaka.rnAt first glance, external reinforced concrete wall looks rising while shimmering.rnWith just this wall, the building resists against the ravity load and seismicrnhorizontal force.rnPlacement of the sashes on the outside of the wall made wall insulator unnecessary.rnHole of separator penetrates wall that even makes light pass through.rnIn addition, all the sliding sashes can be open that allows wind to blow in.
