摘要

スカパー東京メディアセンターは，スカrnパーJSATが放送データを赤道上の通信衛星rnに送信するための施設である。隣地の竹中工rn務店東京本店と汐浜運河の間に割って入るかrnたちで計画された今回の建物は，竹中工務店rn東京本店と同様に運河との関係を空間コンセrnプトとして強く持たせている。また，放送施rn設としてのアイデンティティをデザインコンrnセプトとして表現している。%SKYPerfecTV! Tokyo Media Center is a facility for transmitting broadcast data to communication satellite floating above the equator. Inside the building, a large atrium runs north to south from the ground floor to the top of the structure. This spatial slit is integrated with the Akebono North Canal, located to the south of the site, and when looking up from the bottom of the atrium, one can see the back of the parabola antennae on the roof. By looking up at the antennae, one can see the space and imagine the invisible satellite floating beyond the antennae.
