摘要

The client has given two requirements: Firstly, the interruption in the consultation must be minimized. The consultation was to be continued in the old clinic while the construction of new clinic got underway in the parking space of the site and to be resumed after one week of move-in. Secondly, new clinic must be reform able so as to correspond to potential change in consultation style.rnIn response to client's request for flexibility, U-shaped concrete self-standing walls which could resist seismic force as well as short-term loading were built alongrnthree sides of the site facing the adjacent land. Wood was chosen as material for slabs, beams and columns, as the wood, by its nature, allows easy renovation compared to other materials such as concrete or iron.%敷地は，広島市の南西部に位置し，住?工?商の混在する地域のなかにrnある。rnこの計画は，既存の歯科医院が，2階に診療室があり階段で上がらないrnといけない等，機能的に様々な問題が生じていたため，その敷地内に建てrn替えるという計画である。
