This is a central project in Zhuhai City Hengqin Area, which aims to be the base for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area project. The property is a complex consisting of three buildings and an urban square that develops the concept of the leaf-vein-patterned city based on the unique climate of the subtropical region and the distinctive geographical features of the Zhuhai City Hengqin Area. The green urban square was proposed in the center of a flat area sandwiched between two parallel rows of mountains. The square is at the center of the leaf-vein-patterned city with a midrib canal and waterway veins. Linking one of the mountains and the canal, the urban square emphasizes the leaf-vein pattern of the city.
