Bailey has over 15 years of experience designing lighting for a wide variety of project types that extends to historic preservation and adaptive reuse of landmark buildings. He is currently involved in drafting the new International Green Construction Code with the International Code Council (ICC), and chairs the lighting workgroup of the ICC's Sustainable Building Technology Committee.
