The following reflection, research and practice originated from broad interests in Chinese cities, architecture, gardens and settlements. Proceeding from these subjects, and gradually focusing on the philosophy of humankind and the universe, the poetic tradition, the practice of the ideal, as well as their relationship with contemporary Chinese reality, it is possible to base practice on the idea of 'integrated geometry and poetic scenery' and correct and broaden the traditional boundaries of architecture.The inclusion and further emphasis of nature as an ontological element parallel to space, structure, form and construction in architecture may lead to a new type of contemporary architecture that embraces the future, and help to achieve a poetic creation of living space.
