Resource Center is about all types of information resources that may be helpful for real estate market analysts and valuers-from print and online publications to data sources and websites. This edition of Resource Center takes a look at the COVID-19 pandemic and real estate expectations from this unexpected event. The preceding "Resource Center" column (Winter 2020) included information about the real estate market projections for 2020 and beyond. That content was written just before the COVID-19 outbreak was declared a national emergency.1 The reality of the pandemic meant that those projections were no longer realistic. Massive, worldwide change occurred instead.
