Efficiencies of the cascade in the GaAs-AlGaAs system and its component parts under conditions of the optimal use of the solar spectrum energy are calculated using the Johnson data on the photon distribution in the spectrum of the extra-atmospheric Sun. The coefficients of transparency of the upper solar cells to the radiation flux of effective photons are calculated. The equivalent temperatures of the emitters of semiconductor materials are determined. An equation for the assessment of the CSC efficiency with parallel switching of component cells is proposed.
