摘要

An installation to realize a technique of superfast quenching under conditions of radiant heating is described. The melt cooling rate is assessed. Crystallization temperatures and reflective indices of the obtained amorphous films of some oxide compounds as well as the results of the X-ray phase studies of supersaturated solid solutions and metastable phases are reported.
