Fundamentals of a hydrogen production method by solar water electrolysis using solar arrays (SA) have been developed. Power and temperature parameters of hydrogen production at different SA and electrolyzer parameters under different conditions, including the time-variable solar energy income and the use of solar concentrators, have been found. The parameters of the SA—electrolyzer system and the solar energy concentration have been optimized. The maximal hydrogen outputs have been found, and the prospects of application of this method in developing autonomous systems of the hydrogen power industry in highly insolated regions have been determined.
