摘要

This work deals with the study of the possible use of film-ceramic composites that are based on functional ceramics to increase the efficiency of silicon solar photoconverters (PCs). It is shown that the efficiency of conversion of the visible spectrum of solar radiation can be increased by 25% and more, both due to the conversion of the shortwave spectral range into the range of maximum sensitivity and due to the temperature decrease of silicon solar photoconverters.
