摘要

The phrase "Our results indicate that processing at 600 ℃ a 250 nm thick H-La(OH)_3 layer generates a H-La_2(OH)_3 layer." on line 103 at the beginning of the first column of page 2 is typed incorrectly. The phrase should be "Our results indicate that processing at 600 ℃ a 250 nm thick H-La(OH)_3 layer generates a H-La_2O_3 layer.". Indeed the compound La_2(OH)_3 does not exist.
