摘要

We report our direct Brownian motion observation of Fe_2O_3 magnetic cube chains under external magnetic fields, where the possibility of tuning the Brownian motion characteristics, such as diffusivity, by magnetic fields is realized. It has been experimentally demonstrated that the diffusivity is modified with an angular dependency on the magnetic field direction, well explained based on the Stokes-Einstein relation considering an effective cross-sectional change of magnetic cube chains.
