A plane static problem of elasticity theory for a thin plate with curvilinear cracks reinforced by two systems of the mutually perpendicular stringers is solved using the method of singular integral equation. The stringers are joined with the plate by rivets, their lengths may be finite or infinite. The integral equations of this boundary value problem are solved using the mechanical quadratures. Stress-intensity factors for a plate with one crack are calculated for several geometrical and mechanical parameters of the structure plate-rivets-stringer.
