A stochastic programming model for scheduling maintenance personnel

摘要

In this paper the maintenance scheduling problem is case in a stochastic framework. Then, a stochastic stochastic programming model with recourse is developed for the problem. The model is a stochastic version of Robert and Escudero model for scheduling maintenance personnel. An illustrative example is given o demonstrate the utility of he model, and the value of he stochastic solution is calculated and it showed about 10/100 improvement over hue deterministic formulation of the maintenance scheduling problem.
