L''article s''efforce d''analyser les mécanismes de responsabilité mis à la charge des intermédiaires techniques sur Internet, à travers le prisme de la responsabilité de droit commun. Il entreprend de déceler en marge mais aussi à l''intérieur même des régimes spéciaux la place du droit commun de la responsabilité. Il pose également les questions d''approche méthodologique pour mettre en œuvre les éléments constitutifs de cette responsabilité dans un environnement particulier.%The article tries to analyze the mechanisms of responsibility applicable to the technical intermediaries on the Internet, through the prism of the general tortuous liability. The main purpose is to define a method of application of the conditions of liability in the specific environment of Information Society. It is also aimed to identify the scope of the latter outside but also inside special regimes of liability on service providers or hosting entities.
