With the design of ozone generation facilities at the 770-mgd Wylie, Texas, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) complex completed and construction beginning, the North Texas Municipal Water District is well on its way to more effectively disinfecting drinking water, reducing chlori-nation disinfection by-products, and controlling taste and odor.
