Membranes Are the Answer to Improving Water Quality and Opening Up New Water Supply Opportunities

AWWa and American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA) are uniting again to showcase the effectiveness of membrane technologies at the AMTA/AWWA Membrane Technology Conference & Exposition running Feb. 25-28, 2013, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. The conference will delve into the research, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of membrane facilities. Additionally, sessions will explore how to treat impaired water supplies with membranes, show how membranes enhance water reliability and water quality, and reveal new directions in water treatment technologies and wastewater membrane bioreactor applications. New to the conference this year is a track on the industrial uses of membrane technology.
