Kitty Cat quick clutch replace

My older brother and I are both dad's with young kids. This last season big bro (Brent) decided to take on a couple project sleds. The first was the 1988 Yamaha SnoScoot you read about in our October issue. The other was a 1998 Arctic Cat Kitty Cat that needed a new clutch and a few other odds and ends. Here is a brief how-to on a sled that almost all of us dads will own at some point. My brother's Kitty Cat is soon-to-be my Kitty Cat when his girls grow out of it and my boy grows into it. So you see my motivation to help with the project. The main problem with this sled was the clutch and gear were shot. The repairs included putting on a new chain, new clutch/sprocket and a carb cleaning.
