Greene's Buys Assets Of Pro-Valve Services

HOUSTON-Greene's Energy Group reports it has acquired the assets of Houma, La.-based Pro-Valve Services Inc. from owner Jeff Mike. GEG says that in addition to broadening its capabilities in major U.S. shale plays, the acquisition will allow its wellhead and valve division to provide additional after-market production valve services. The company indicates it will offer integrated repair, remanufacture and operational services for drilling and production valves. Valve products and services will be offered at all service areas and will include rebuilt production valves, production trees, remanufactured valves, service valves and commission valves, along with installation services, GEG says.
