Efforts to negotiate legislation that will counter the impetus behind litigation claiming Oklahoma lessees have a fiduciary duty to lessors seem to have reached an accord, reports Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association Vice President of Governmental Affairs Jeff Wilson.
