Over the past two years, a good chunk of the Arab world hasnwitnessed dramatic changes that have inspired both hope and concern.nThe hope is that the nations of the Mideast would now be able to takenthe path to democratization. The concern is that they might be seducednby the radical Islamist discourse most pronounced in Iran and its regionalnallies. At the same time, the specter of sectarian war is looming large.
