Several years ago, I became dissatisfied with the garage that was working on my cars. The work wasn't completed on time, and some of the repairs were questionable. I chose another garage nearby and am pleased with its service and mechanical expertise. This business issues a quarterly newsletter to customers that's always interesting. On the front page of a recent edition was a picture of the owner and his wife with the headline, "Stephen Powell Awarded 2003 NAPA/ASE Technician of The Year." This prestigious award denotes mastery in auto, truck, bus and engine repairs, and Powell is one of only 138 ASE technicians in the world to receive the award five times.
