Imparts buys remaining Marvel parts supply

Charlotte, N.C.-based Imparts announced it has purchased all remaining parts for Marvel Petro Dry machinery. Marvel ceased operations over the summer. Imparts will continue to offer Marvel users replacement parts, as well as a full range of equipment manuals. Imparts also has the schematics for many components, allowing it to manufacture new parts, as well as manufacturing records to aid in tracing part numbers.
