CRDN promotes two to national accounts

The Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) announced it has named Darwin Acord and Ken Campbell national accounts managers to facilitate corporate growth. Acord and Campbell were previously regional accounts managers; national accounts managers serve as liaisons between insurance carriers and local CRDN affiliates to help ensure that each relationship fulfills client expectations. "As we continue to expand coverage and textile restoration across the U.S., we also are focused on providing enhanced performance monitoring and service to our clients," says Chip Bifano, CRDN president. "Darwin and Ken each will have primary responsibility for designated account relationships and organized programs, drawing on their extensive insurance-industry expertise, which includes years of experience working directly for large carriers."
