Hurricane Harvey dropped biblical rain levels on the U.S. Gulf Coast in late August. It left casualties, ruined homes, and lots of cleanup, including Houston-area drycleaning and fabricare businesses. "Houston is resilient and Texas is strong," one fabricare voice told American Drycleaner by phone.
