Let's jog your memory with a trip along "memory boulevard" to when we first started out. Two drycleaning owners share their memories, thoughts, anecdotes and lessons learned... in their own words. First let's hear from Joe Gagliostro, owner of Muldoon Dry Cleaners located in Auburn, N.Y. "Muldoon Dry Cleaners Inc. was founded in 1925. We are a full service drycleaning company with two locations that specialize in couture care, along with same day service. I am the owner along with my wife Diana, and my main responsibility is running the day-to-day operations. "I am a third generation dry cleaner, so I have had industry background my entire life. My family warned me that this is a very demanding line of work, with long hours, and that if I so chose to run it, then it would run me.
