摘要

In previous research, integrated diesel fuel processor has been developed1. The integrated diesel fuel processor consists of autothermal reformer, desulfurizer and post-reformer. The operating conditions of auto-thermal reformer are 0.8 of O2/C, 3.0 of H2O/C and 800oC. High O2/C is selected for suppressing coke formation and thermally self-sustainability. However, high O2/C decreases reforming efficiency because high O2/C leads to H2 and CO oxidation. Pre-reforming has high reforming efficiency because of low O2/C and operating temperature. However, the development of high active catalyst is required because of low oxidative condition and operating temperature. In this paper, Me/Ce0.9Gd0.1O2-x (Me: Rh, Pt, Ru and Ni) catalysts are tested for diesel pre-reforming.
