I'm always fascinated by wedding cakes. At the age of eight I got the Wilton Year Book and started to teach myself cake decorating. I love doing all styles of cakes, but my latest passion is for the Lambeth Method-the beauty and construction of this classic look speaks to me, and I hope to incorporate more of it into my repertoire. My other passion is for gumpaste flowers-I am always challenging myself to do new kinds of flowers, striving to make everyone take a second look.
