I am a list maker. A physical-pen to paper-visual list maker. I like to start my year out with a clean slate. Fresh pieces of paper, spread out over my table, and pen in hand. These lists serve a purpose, because they provide me with the opportunity to reassess business goals, reflect on successes and failures, and make plans for the future. What were my 2017 goals? Did I achieve them? If not, why was that? Is there an obstacle I can move past to see them through? Did I skip over them because my heart wasn't in it? Should they be top priority in 2018, or are they moving off the list?
